This year started off with some big surprises!
Harry Styles and Olivia Wilde may have confirmed their blossoming romance after they were seen together attending a friend’s wedding.
Based on the photos obtained by Page Six, the singer and the actress were holding hands as they witnessed the exchange of vows between Harry’s manager, Jeff Azoff, and Glenne Christiaansen.
Olivia was wearing a floral dress and pink headband while the former One Directioner wore a classic suit paired with a white button-down shirt. They had on matching black masks, too.
Meanwhile, a source told E! News that the two were looking very “couple-y” during the wedding which was held in Montecito, California. They also stayed overnight at the same hotel before returning to L.A. Also, another insider claimed that their romance started way back with some of their inner circle being aware about it weeks ago.
“They shared a room and did everything together,” the insider explained. “They had a great time and are very happy.”
Many speculated of their romance after Harry decided to join the actress’ upcoming thriller, Don’t Worry Darling. Olivia will produce and direct the said film, too.
According to their interview with Vogue, Olivia and Arianne Phillips, the film’s costume designer, were happy to have the “Watermelon Sugar” singer join them. Olivia said, “She and I did a little victory dance when we heard that we officially had Harry in the film, because we knew that he has a real appreciation for fashion and style. I’m really grateful that he is so enthusiastic about that element of the process—some actors just don’t care.”
If fans could remember, Olivia was one of Harry’s supporters after he received backlash from wearing a dress during his Vogue photo shoot. The actress told the magazine, “To me, he’s very modern and I hope that this brand of confidence as a male that Harry has—truly devoid of any traces of toxic masculinity—is indicative of his generation and therefore the future of the world. I think he is in many ways championing that, spearheading that. It’s pretty powerful and kind of extraordinary to see someone in his position redefining what it can mean to be a man with confidence.”
Olivia ended her relationship with Jason Sudeikis early last year. The two share two children together and are co-parenting them.
