Tristan Thompson is spoiling girlfriend Khloe Kardashian.
The Keeping Up With the Kardashians star returned home from a family trip in Turks and Caicos with a sweet surprise from the basketball player.
The 36-year-old celebrity took to her Instagram Story to share a slideshow of pictures that showed off numerous balloons and a huge bouquet of flowers sent to her by none other than the NBA star himself. The couple shares a daughter, True.
Her home was filled with numerous balloons with some spelling out the words, “Welcome Home”. Khloe gave a shout out to her 29-year-old boyfriend saying, “Thank you TT”.
Tristan is presently living full-time in Boston. Last November, he signed a $19-million deal to play for Boston Celtics after playing for nine seasons for Cleveland Cavaliers. In December, Khloe flew to Boston to spend quality time with Celtics’ new power forward days before the holiays. They were seen having a low-key dinner at the Four Seasons Hotel, specifically at Zuma.
That time, a source told PEOPLE, “Khloé and True had a fun week in Boston. They played in the snow, shopped and enjoyed holiday outings. They also celebrated an early Christmas with Tristan since they couldn’t all be together on Christmas Day.”
The couple reunited last year after their break up following Tristan’s unfaithfulness though they remained friends and excellent co-parents to their daughter. In July, they decided their relationship another shot and so far, everything has been great between the two. For instance, Tristan was there when Khloe got the coronavirus and he looked after their daughter while she was isolating.
Another source said, “Their focus is True and they keep doing fun family activities together. Khloé really believes that things will continue to be great even after Tristan has to return to work. She is very impressed with how he has stepped up.”
Khloe and Tristan’s relationship has been tainted with controversies over the years. They split in 2019 after news broke out that he had an affair with Jordyn Woods, the Kardashian’s family friend. Also, the basketball star allegedly cheated on her while she was carrying True in 2018. By the looks of things, he’s doing his best to make up to her.
