Caitlyn is no stranger when it comes to beauty after all, her daughters are experts in this department. For her first video, she talked about her everyday routine. She shared that 10 or 20 years ago, she never thought that this could happen to her. She said that makeup is the fun part and despite it being a lot of work, there are many different looks and things one can do.
For her first video, the 70-year-old said that she will just go through the process of what she does especially when she gets up in the morning. She added that it’s something that she can do in half an hour or less. It’s not exactly about achieving a glam look.
Based on her video, Caitlyn emphasized the importance of having sunscreen and moisturizer in her routine. She revealed she uses those from her daughter Kylie Jenner’s skincare line. According to her, Kylie sends her these goodies so she gets all her makeup for free. She added that these stuffs show up in the mail from the beauty mogul.
One of her techniques is highlighting and baking her face using an illuminating setting powder from Kylie Cosmetics. She also said that she likes keeping her everyday routine as simple and fuss-free as possible.
While doing her makeup, Caitlyn talked about the challenges she’s encountered as a transgender woman. She talked about how tough it was to experiment with all kinds of makeup and learning how to use them.
Caitlyn Jenner shared, “I would think to myself, ‘Do you ever think there would be a day that you’d be able to go through what I’ve been through and actually wake up in the morning and just feel comfortable? Put your makeup on, put a nice outfit on, and go out into the world?’ I never thought that would actually ever happen”. Bu for the reality TV personality, it did happen.
