Is Khloe Kardashian engaged to long-time boyfriend Tristan Thompson?
On Sunday, February 21, the Keeping Up With the Kardashians reality star posted a professional shot on her Instagram page which parked engagement rumors. In the photo, she’s wearing a black bikini top and bottoms by SKIMS while kneeling on a patio. She paired her outfit with high-heeled khaki booties straight from her latest shoe collection for her brand Good American.
But what really caught the attention of many was the giant diamond ring she wore on that finger. A lot of people noticed it immediately and commented on it,
In her post, Khloe included a caption that read, “New @goodamerican shoes are dropping 2.25.” She made it clear to fans by commenting that yes, the shoes will be available on the 25th and nothing else.
Meanwhile, the 29-year-old basketball star and father of her daughter True, commented, “WOW!!!!!!! That grass is cut to perfection.”
The engagement speculations continued despite her clarification. Christine Quinn of Selling Sunset, even commented, “Ok bling bling we see you” and added emojis of a diamond, a winking face and clapping hands.
According to Shannon Delany-Ron of JamesAllen.com, she estimated Khloe’s pearl-shaped diamond with two smaller pavé diamonds to cost between $500,000 and $750,000.
During her 36th birthday party in June, Khloe wore a similar ring wich also sparked engagement rumors. She didn’t respond to the speculations back then.
Khloe and Tristan decided to give their relationship another chance last year. They lived together with their daughter True while quarantining during the coronavirus pandemic. In fact, Tristan took care of True when Khloe had the virus. Meanwhile, Tristan announced in November that he’ll be playing for Boston Celtics and Khloe traveled to Boston to be there for him.
Though they haven’t discussed anything about being married yet, they did talk about having another baby soon as seen on an episode of Keeping Up With the Kardashians.
Khoe grew up in a big family and understands the value of having brothers and sisters as well as growing up in a house with many kids. It’s only normal that she also wants the same thing for her daughter.
