Kim Kardashian Denies Hooking Up with Travis Barker

Kim Kardashian cleared once and for all that she never hooked up with Travis Barker in the past.

The SKIMS founder had an Instagram Q&A with her followers on Wednesday, May 26, where she got asked, “Did you hook up with Travis Barker?”

She replied, “NO! False narrative! We’ve been friends for years and I’m so happy for him and Kourt.” 

The Kardashians and Barkers are long-time neighbors in Calabasas, California. The Keeping Up With the Kardashians reality star is currently single after she filed divorce from Kanye West in February. She’s focusing on her children, career, and studies.

So how did the rumors start? Travis’ 2015 memoir resurfaced recently where he wrote then and admitted that Kim was “f–king hot” and that “I kept on secretly checking out Kim”, as reported by Us Weekly.  

To make matters worse, there were alleged screenshots claiming to have been posted on Instagram by Barker’s daughter, Alabama Barker, whom he shares with his ex-wife Shanna Moakler. The screenshot was allegedly a message from her mom claiming that she, “divorced Travis because I caught him having an affair with Kim. Now he’s in love with her sister.”

Shanna and Travis divorced in 2008. She told People that the way Travis and Kourtney are packing on the PDA has been “weird” though she made it clear she has “no ill will” for her.

The former Miss USA said, “I’m really, genuinely happy for him. I want the father of my kids to be happy and to have a partner that makes him happy… and a better father. My kids seem to really like her and her family, so that’s key.”

Just recently, Travis and their children Alabama and Landon and his stepdaughter Atiana De La Hoya joined Kourtney and her kids with Scott Disick namely Mason, Penelope, and Reign, on a trip to Disneyland.

Now that Kim had spoken up about the real deal between her and Travis, it’s time to move on to more important matters. She admitted that she failed the “baby bar” but there’s no way she’s stopping from pursuing her dream.

Kim shared during the Q&A that the exam was extremely difficult, adding, “Unfortunately I haven’t passed yet but I’m not giving up and I’m preparing to take it again soon.”
