Kendall Jenner Has THIS Rule While Filming KUWTK

Kendall Jenner has one special request while filming the hit reality TV series Keeping Up With the Kardashians.

Farnaz Farjam, executive producer of KUWTK, shared during an interview with Bravo TV’s The Daily Dish podcast, that the 25-year-old supermodel has one rule when it comes to documenting her daily life for the show except her love life.

Farnaz explained, “Kendall’s always had this rule, which she felt like she had to be with someone for at least a year before she lets them be a part of the show and in the show. Because she doesn’t always know what people’s intentions are. So that’s why we kind of kept her personal life out of it, just because she had a rule.”

This is the reason why fans never had the chance to look into Kendall’s love life even when she and boyfriend Devin Booker have already been a couple after a year.

She added, “I feel like Kylie became more participatory this last season towards the end, and Kendall has dipped in and out. But they were at an age…like, if you think about when you’re a young adult coming into your adulthood, I think you sometimes care a lot more what the outside world has to say about you.”

She also mentioned about Kylie’s relationship with Tyga, saying, “Kylie did share her relationship with Tyga. We showed their relationship quite a bit on Keeping Up, and then Travis didn’t really want to participate.”

Further, Farnaz opened up that Kendall isn’t the only family member who expressed what she wanted on the show. The Kardashian-Jenners were very involved, especially in the post-production. She explained, “They weigh in a lot in edit. And, ironically, they’re very open with their own mistakes and their own feelings.”

She added, “They’re also very thoughtful about how they position a lot of other people. They know they’re there to share their feelings and share their journey, but they try to do it without trying to make other people look bad.”

Farnaz said that the family is very particular about their onscreen image and it’s because of the way they got criticized regularly. She said, “With more fame and more people judging you, watching you, talking about you, they got a little bit more guarded. And I think that part became harder.”

There will be a two-part reunion to close the KUWTK and it will be hosted by Andy Cohen. The show will premiere on Thursday, June 17.
