Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson isn’t like other celebrities out there, especially when it comes to his bathing habits. He shared his very strict showering regimen to prove that he’s not one who likes to be stinky.
A fan tweeted the actor writing, “can’t possibly be one of those stinky” stars, which he immediately confirmed. As if that wasn’t enough, he also shared some key points regarding his bathing habits.

On Friday, the 49-year-old actor responded by writing, “Nope, I’m the opposite of a ‘not washing themselves’ celeb.” The he went on to share his regimen stating, “Shower (cold) when I roll outta bed to get my day rollin’. Shower (warm) after my workout before work. Shower (hot) after I get home from work.”
In addition, the Jumanji star also shares what he uses and does while bathing. He wrote, “Face wash, body wash, exfoliate and I sing (off key) in the shower.” He added a soap emoji to his post, too.
Lately, many has been talking about how there are celebrities to neglect proper hygiene, especially after Jake Gyllenhaal’s stance regarding the matter on Thursday.
During an interview with Vanity Fair while promoting the Luna Rossa Ocaen fragrance from Prada, the “Brokeback Mountain” actor said, “More and more I find bathing to be less necessary, at times. I do believe, because Elvis Costello is wonderful, that good manners and bad breath get you nowhere. So I do that. But I do also think that there’s a whole world of not bathing that is also really helpful for skin maintenance, and we naturally clean ourselves.”

The 41-year-old actress told The View on Tuesday, “Once you catch a whiff, that’s biology’s way of letting you know you need to clean it up.”
In July, celebrity parents Mila Kunis and Ashton Kutcher shared on the Armchair Expert podcast that they only bathe their kids, Wyatt, 6, and Dimitri, 4, when they only see the dirt on them.
Kunis, 37, claimed, “When I had children, I also didn’t wash them every day. I wasn’t that parent that bathed my newborns — ever.”
