Kanye West and Irina Shayk first sparked romance rumors after they were spotted together while vacationing in France. However, that romance has already “fizzled out”.
A source close to the model told E! News, “It was never serious. [Kanye] wanted to pursue something with Irina that wasn’t going to happen.” The source added that with the release of the rapper’s album, Donda, “He got very busy with work, and they were in different places. It kind of fizzled out from there. They are still friendly and there’s a lot of mutual respect. It just was never going to turn into a full-blown relationship.”
On the other hand, a source close to the 44-year-old Grammy winner shared that they weren’t serious and just wanted to have fun together. Another insider close to him explained, “They both enjoy art and music, and it was fun for Kanye to hangout out with Irina while he was finishing his album. Kanye felt inspired by her [Irina] and liked being around her energy. It was never a relationship or going to be serious.”
Kanye and Irina have no hard feeling towards each other as the insider put it, “They really haven’t seen each over a month, but have kept in touch and texted a few times recently. There is no bad blood and they will probably see each other in the future.”
In June, a separate source told the outlet about the latest development on the two’s rumored romance. The source said that time, “It’s very casual and they have only been in touch for about a month. Kanye has expressed that he doesn’t want anything serious but likes Irina’s vibe.”
Irina has a four-year-old daughter, Lea, whom she shares with ex, Bradley Cooper. On the other hand, the Grammy winner has four kids with ex Kim Kardashian- North, 8, Saint, 5, Chicago, 3, and Psalm, 2.
Kanye is busy performing at various events as he promotes his new album. He also sees to it that he spends quality time with his kids whenever he’s free. In fact, he took his kids and Kim to a museum last month in San Francisco while the KKW Beauty mogul was resent during his Donda listening party.
