Kylie Jenner confirmed on Instagram on Tuesday, September 7, that she and Travis Scott are having their second child together.
The 24-year-old beauty mogul shared a sweet video announcing the good news. In the video, Kylie held up a positive pregnancy test and also showed the 30-year-old rapper hugging her bump. Then, the two went to their OBGYN together with their daughter Stormi, 3, and the doctor confirmed that their baby is “a couple of days away from a heartbeat.”
The clip lasted for 90 seconds and also shows the time when Kylie, with the help of Stormi, broke the news to Kris Jenner. The little girl gave her an envelope containing ultrasound photos. Kris exclaimed, “Wait a second…are you pregnant? Stormi, we’re gonna have a baby! This is one of the happiest days of my life!”
Based on the video, Kylie celebrated her 24th birthday and heard her baby’s ultrasound. It ended with a scene showing Stormi kissing her mom’s belly.
Kylie captioned her post with a pregnant woman emoji and a white heart and also tagged Scott.
Her sister are more than happy and excited for her. Kourtney wrote, “Crying this is so beautiful my blessed angel sister ❤️.”
Kim Kardashian commented, “Crying” while Kendall Jenner wrote, “i can’t handle it 😫🥰❤️.”
The news didn’t come as a surprise to many fans because multiple sources have already claimed that Kylie and Travis were expecting. A source told People, “Kylie is a few months along. She has a cute bump. She is beyond excited.” The source added that the self-made billionaire is spending time with her family and close friends and enjoying her pregnancy away from the public eye.
The source said, “She has been wanting to give Stormi a sibling for a while. She loves being a mom. She is thrilled that she and Travis are pregnant again. She has been enjoying her pregnancy in private. She has only spent time with close friends and family.”
Kylie and Travis welcomed their first child together, Stormi, in February 2018. Though they remained friends after they split, they’ve become closer as they continued to co-parent their daughter.
A source said, “Although they always got along, there is a different energy between them now. Kylie and Travis are very close again. … They never put any pressure on their relationship. The focus was always on being the best co-parents. They still keep separated homes in Los Angeles because this is what works for them.”
