Adele is now slimmer and trimmer and take note that her physical transformation has nothing to do with her split from Simon Konecki. She simply wanted to feel good again and prioritize her wellbeing.

She told American Vogue, “I realized that when I was working out, I didn’t have any anxiety. It was never about losing weight. I thought, If I can make my body physically strong, and I can feel that and see that, then maybe one day I can make my emotions and my mind physically strong.”

Further, she explained to British Vogue that it isn’t her “revenge body”. She said, “Oh my god. Suck my d–k! I did it for myself and not anyone else.”

The singer admitted that she became addicted to working out as her means of coping with anxiety. She would hit the gym up to three times a day and do weightlifting in the morning, boxing and hiking in the middle of the day, and ends it with cardio.

Guess what? The Rolling in the Deep” singer claimed she doesn’t have any diet restrictions. She eats whatever she wants and even eats “more than I used to because I work out so hard.”

Also, she said that her workout regimen isn’t available online and that whoever claims as her trainer is a fake. She explained, “You know a hundred percent of the stories written about me have been absolutely fake. The people that came out being like, ‘I trained her,’ I’ve never met in my life. It’s disgusting. I cannot get over it. Some Pilates lady I’ve never met in my life!”

Adele told American Vogue that he understands why fans were shocked about her appearance. She said, “I understand why some women especially were hurt. Visually I represented a lot of women. But I’m still the same person.”

She also told British Vogue that her physical transformation has never been a secret. She explained, “People are shocked because I didn’t share my ‘journey. They’re used to people documenting everything on Instagram, and most people in my position would get a big deal with a diet brand. I couldn’t give a flying f–k.”

Adele may not be that active on social media nowadays but she’ll be releasing a new album and single “Easy on Me” in October 15. She also graces the covers of American and British Vogues’ November issue.
