For those who aren’t aware of it, Paris Hilton and Britney Spears have been friends since the early 2000s long before the famous singer was placed under a conservatorship.

Since then, the lives of these celebrities have changed a lot. Paris talked to Andy Cohen during the SiriusXM’s Andy Cohen Live and told him that she and the pop star are keeping in touch through the years. She even said that she saw her this summer. They also had dinners and even saw Britney in Malibu. The hotel heiress said she loves her so much. She added that they also meet with a small group of friends.

Paris said they keep things light and positive whenever they have lunches. She described Britney as sweet, innocent, and nice. They only talk about happy things including music, fashion and all things fun. The 39-year-old explained that she’s not into bringing up negative things and make others feel uncomfortable. That’s why she never talked about it with the songstress.

Meanwhile, Paris also expressed her concern regarding the conservatorship. She cited the experience and trauma she was under during her childhood and teenage years. She revealed all of these in her new documentary, This Is Paris.

According to her, if you’re an adult you should live your life the way you want and not be under the control of others. She said that this opinion stemmed from her being controlled so much so she understands how that feels. She added she can’t imagine if’s still happening to her. Further, she explained that it’s unfair because Britney was working her whole life and she’s an icon and yet she has no control of her life.

On the contrary, Britney’s lawyer cleared that hers is a case of voluntary conservatorship. The pop star also requested that her future court proceedings should be opened to the public although her dad, Jamie Spears, is against it. Meanwhile, Britney expressed her gratitude to her fans for their unwavering support.

As for Paris, her followers are in for a treat. Her new documentary will premiere on September 14 on YouTube. Here, the socialite will give fans a glimpse at some of the most memorable moments of her life which many aren’t aware of including the abuse she suffered when she was in boarding school. She also talked about the controversial sex tape and her past relationships.
