Rob Kardashian and Blac Chyna have agreed to settle their issues once and for all.
The former couple settled the revenge porn lawsuit out of court on June 20. The news came before Kardashian was scheduled to appear before Judge Gregory Alarcon in Los Angeles at Stanley Mosk Courthouse. Supposedly, the jury selection will take place on Monday and a trial of three to five days was expected after.

Chyna and Kardashian share a daughter together, Dream Kardashian. In July 2017, she first initiated legal proceedings against him after he shared some naked pictures of her on his Instagram and Twitter accounts. He also accused her of cheating and claimed he paid for her plastic surgery which amounted to $100,000. Her attorney then, Lisa Bloom, filed a temporary restraining order on her behalf.
The charges were severed by a judge in a 2020 hearing. As a result, they weren’t included in Chyna’s defamation lawsuit against some members of the Kardashian-Jenner clan.
According to Kardashian’s lawyers, he and Chyna previously settled the matter outside of court but a judge denied their motion to have the case dismissed. Chyna’s lawyer, Lynne Ciani, responded to the decision by saying, “Rob Kardashian has never taken responsibility for his heinous and vengeful act of posting revenge porn against Chyna in July 2017. He was never criminally prosecuted. It is finally time for Rob to be held accountable in a court of law.”
Meanwhile, the jury awarded no damages to Chyna on May 2 who accused Kris Jenner, Kim Kardashian, Khloe Kardashian, and Kylie Jenner of defaming her and interfering with her contract. A few years ago, Rob Kardashian and Blac Chyna had their own reality TV show which didn’t get another season.
They weren’t in attendance in court on the said date for the verdict because they were at the 2022 Met Gala. Their lawyer, Michael Rhodes, told reporters, “I think the case was very clear-cut. The jury got it. I spoke to the family a minute ago and they’re also very pleased. I hope they’re enjoying their gala.”
On the other hand, Chyna’s lawyer assured that they have plans to appeal the said defamation lawsuit.
Earlier, Kris Jenner testified Blac Chyna had threatened to kill Kylie Jenner.
