After more than a year of being engaged, famous stars Rooney Mara and Joaquin Phoenix finally had their first baby.
Phoenix’s absence was noted during the screening of the documentary Gunda last Sunday, September 27. The couple started dating around 2016. They have kept their relationship private and hidden from the public eye during the first few years of their relationship. Accordingly, they love spending their time alone and aren’t fond of going out.
Mara and Phoenix first met in the set of the 2012 show Her. Phoenix, later on, admitted that he thought Mara despised him, later to realize that she truly adores him. He also added that Mara was the first woman he ever looked up online.
