Post Malone fell onstage during a concert last week in St. Louis. He’s back in the hospital to receive more medical treatment after experiencing stabbing pain in his body.

On September 24, the rapper shared an update on his Instagram Story regarding his health. According to the rapper, he had to postpone his second show at TD Garden in Boston. He wrote, “Boston, I love ya’ll so f–king much. On tour, I usually wake up around 4 o’clock PM, and today I woke up to a cracking sounds on the right side of my body. I felt so good last night, but today it felt so different than it has before. I’m having a very difficult time breathing, and there’s like a stabbing pain whenever I breathe or move. We’re in the hospital now, but with this pain, I can’t do the show tonight.”

The 27-year-old rapper continued, “I’m so f–king sorry. Everyone’s tickets for tonight’s show will be valid for the reschedule that we’re planning right now. Once again, I’m so f–king sorry. I love ya’ll so much. I feel terrible, but I promise I’m going to make this up to you. I love you Boston, I’ll see you soon. I’m so sorry. -Love, Austy.”

His next performance is on September 27 in Cleveland and after that his Twelve Carat Tour in North America will run through the middle of November. Meanwhile, he’ll be performing in New Zealand and Australia in January.

Post was performing at the Enterprise Center in St. Louis last September 17 when he fell and hit his chest. The show paused for a while before he returned and apologized to the audience. He performed five more songs before he was taken to the hospital where he was diagnosed with bruised ribs.

He later took to Twitter to inform fans of his condition. He said, “They gave me some pain meds and everything and we can keep kicking a– on the tour.” Additionally, he promised fans a “two-hour show” when he returns to St. Louis to “make up for the couple missed songs that we missed.”

He added, “Thank you guys for your support and thank you for your love and thanks for hanging around even though I got my a– kicked by myself. I love you guys.”

A few days later, Post also shared a photo of himself performing and captioned it, “F U Hole.”
