Tiffany Trump, the only daughter of former US President Donald Trump and Marla Maples, and her long-time fiancé Michael Boulus, tied the knot on November 12 at their family’s Mar-a-Lago club in Palm Beach, Florida as reported by People.
The bride wore a long-sleeve wedding gown while her mom looked just as charming in her lavender evening gown. Both their dresses were created by Elie Saab. According to Marla, her daughter wore the dress to honor her husband’s heritage. She told the outlet, “It’s a Lebanese American wedding, so we were so happy to have Elie Saab create the magic.”
In addition to her parents, Tiffany’s half-siblings, Ivanka Trump, Donald Trump Jr., Eric Trump, and Barron Trump were also at the wedding based on the photos.
Marla added that the newlywed’s seven feet tall wedding cake was inspired by her and the former president’s wedding cake from their wedding in 1993. The two got divorced in 1999.
The wedding took place just four days after the midterm elections but Marla assured it an apolitical day for them. She said, “We are focused on this sacred union and welcoming beloved friends and family, not on politics.” She also told the outlet that they decided to have the wedding at Mar-a-Lago because it was “Tiffany’s childhood home and where she was brought into the world.”
Tiffany, 29, and Michael, 25, got engaged in January 2021, at the end of Trump’s term as president. She took to Instagram to announce the big news, saying, “It has been an honor to celebrate many milestones, historic occasions and create memories with my family here at the White House, none more special than my engagement to my amazing fiancé Michael. Feeling blessed and excited for the next chapter!”
Michael shared the same pic on Instagram, writing, “Got engaged to the love of my life! Looking forward to our next chapter together.”
The couple made their relationship Instagram official in January 2019. Tiffany shared a photo of the two of them taken in front of a Christmas tree at the White House. According to People back then, the two first met in summer 2018 at actress Lindsay Lohan’s club in Mykonos, Greece.
