Megan Fox shared a cryptic post on her Instagram on February 12, which made fans wonder if she and Machine Gun Kelly broke up. Hours after sharing the said post, the actress deleted her Instagram account.
Based on the post, she quoted a line from Beyonce’s song, “Pray You Catch Me” which stated, “You can taste the dishonesty/ it’s all over your breath.” She also shared a mirror selfie showing her in a strapless black top and pants.
A fan commented, “He probably got with Sophie.” The actress responded, “Maybe I got with Sophie,” adding a fire emoji.
She fueled the rumor even more by deleting photos of MGK on her Instagram grid. She also changed her account’s setting by following only Harry Styles, Eminem, and Timothée Chalamet.
Megan also included a video of a burning envelope and added two more mirror selfies.
The actress shared the post a few hours before they were photographed walking and holding hands to attend Drake’s Super Bowl 2023 party at Hanger 1 in Scottsdale. The party took place after MGK headlined at the Coors Light Bird’s Nest concert series at the 2023 Waste Management Phoenix Open.
Before the Super Bowl Weekend, the “twin flames” also went to the 2023 Grammys together on February 5. MGK was nominated for Best Rock Album. The award went to Ozzy Osbourne. Megan penned a touching tribute to him two days after the award ceremony. She wrote on Instagram, “Congratulations on being in the very small percentage of artists who have received a Grammy nomination. You have handled this process with a grace and maturity that I haven’t seen from you before and I’m so proud of you.”
However, the actress has already deleted the post.
On the other hand, MGK performed on stage on Saturday night amid the breakup rumors. He performed at Sports Illustrated’s The Party on the evening of the 2023 Super Bowl. He was on his element as he performed in front of a star-studded crowd who sang and danced to his popular hit.
Megan and MGK started dating in the middle of 2020. They got engaged in January 2022.
