Alabama Barker, Travis Barker’s daughter, took to Instagram to pay a special tribute to her stepmom, Kourtney Kardashian, who recently turned 44.
She shared a photo on her Instagram Stories of the Kardashians star sitting on the drummer’s lap while on a plane and wrote, “Happy birthday Kourt. You’re the best stepmom I could ask for, you are so caring and generous for others, you are such a family person and such a hard working mom.”

The 17-year-old concluded her tribute by praising her for her unselfishness, writing, “Even if you don’t feel good or had a hard day, you always put your family first. You have such a beautiful aura, I wouldn’t want another step mom.”
Alabama went on to post several snaps of herself with the Poosh founder as well as a solo shot of her stepmom in all-black. She also included a sweet pic of her stepmom and dad with their arms wrapped around each other in their matching skeleton onesies.
Kourtney and Travis tied the knot thrice. The last one was a lavish ceremony held on May 2022 in Portofino, Italy. They spent their special day with family and close friends, including their six children.
Travis and his ex wife Shannon Moakler share Alabama and Landon, 19. He’s also the stepdad of Atiana De La Hoya, 24, whom Shannon shares with boxer Oscar De La Hoya. As for Kourtney, she and ex Scott Disick has three children: Mason, 13, Penelope, 10, and Reign, 8.
Meanwhile, Alabama’s tribute came days after her mom Shanna, seemingly shaded Kourtney by replying on a fan’s comment on her post. The fan, referring to the Hulu wedding special of Kourtney and Travis, wrote, “I hope that you get a huge apology some day for what was said on that exploitative, money grabbing, circus.” The Instagram user also quoted a line from the Travis’ speech at the wedding that said, “Kourtney has filled a void for me.”
Shanna, 48, responded to the comment by writing, “she post more of my kids then [sic] her own lol.” She and the Blink-182 drummer were married from 2004 to 2008.
