Gigi Hadid shared a selfie with her little angel on her Instagram Stories on Sunday, November 8. The supermodel and new mom joked in the caption, “She burps sunshine.”
The photo featured Hadid and her daughter propped up on her shoulder. The little girl whom she shares with boyfriend Zayn Malik, was wearing light grey jeggings, white top, and mustard yellow socks.
The 25-year-old mom and the 27-year-old former One Directioner welcomed their first child together in September.
Malik announced on Twitter last September 23, “Our baby girl is here, healthy & beautiful”. He also included a black-and-white picture of him holding his newbron’s tiny hand. “To try put into words how i am feeling right now would be an impossible task. The love i feel for this tiny human is beyond my understanding. Grateful to know her, proud to call her mine, & thankful for the life we will have together x.”
On the other hand, Hadid also shared the same picture and mentioned how she’s “so in love” with her baby girl.
At the moment, the couple hasn’t revealed the name of their baby yet though many fans started speculating. They also haven’t posted a photo of her face though they have posted pictures with their daughter just like during Halloween where they were wearing costumes.
Hadid and Malik had been on and off relationship but their relationship is better than ever with the arrival of their daughter. They’re spending time together and co-parenting their daughter.
A source told US Weekly, “Zayn and Gigi’s relationship is better than ever — their communication, the time they spend together,” the insider said. “They’ve never looked happier.”
The source added that when it comes to motherhood, the supermodel “is a natural”. “She’s so kind and compassionate, and it really shows in her mothering style.”
Meanwhile, the source mentioned that Malik is also very hands-on and a great father.
Yolanda Hadid also shared a photo of her first grandchild and thanked the couple for making her an Oma.
“My heart is expending [sic] with so much love and joy for this little baby girl she is an angel sent to us from above…..” the 56-year-old celebrity captioned a photo that showed her holding her granddaughter’s little hand. She added that she loved being a grandparent, too.
