Larsa Pippen dished out on the reason behind her falling out with the Kardashians during the Hollywood Raw podcast with Dax Holt and Adam Glyn. According to her, Kanye West brainwashed them and that he was the one who caused their friendship to end.
So how did the famous clan react to this? A source told ET, “The Kardashians aren’t paying much attention to Larsa’s recent interview. They know why they aren’t close to Larsa anymore and she’s entitled to her opinions. At the end of the day, Khloe and Tristan are in a great place as are Kim and Kanye. Larsa continues to say she doesn’t care about no longer being close to the family, but people close to her know she does care and continues to talk about it.”
According to Larsa, Kanye was threatened by her friendship with Kim though it didn’t bother her when the KKW Beauty mogul and her sisters Kourtney and Khloe unfollowed her on Instagram. She explained, “I didn’t feel any type of way. I just felt like, do what’s best for your family. I love you; you and I are best friends; we’ve been through everything together. I would never do anything to jeopardize our relationship, we are like sisters, like family. But if you have to unfollow me to make your home a better place, then do it. …So, if Kanye feels he and Kim are better without me, then let them be without me. I’m OK with that.”
In addition, she denied hooking up with Tristan Thompson when he was already with Khloe and in fact she’s happy they’re back together after his cheating scandals.
She shared, “I was seeing him, I had him come to L.A. I brought him to a party Kim had. I introduced him to all of them. Then a week later, or 10 days later, he started seeing Khloe. Which is fine, I don’t even care. It’s whatever. I’m the type of person that doesn’t chase what’s not for me. I will never chase a man; I will never put a leash on a man. I don’t do that. I feel like, let you be great. If you want to be with other people, go ahead. I’m great by myself.”
She also denied hitting on Travis Scott, Kylie Jenner’s on and off boyfriend and father of her daughter Stormi. She said she ran into the rapper one night at a club but she left with the same people she went to the club with.
Meanwhile, another sourc informed ET in July that Larsa and the Kardashians outgrew their friendships.
The source mentioned, “Larsa and the Kardashian sisters aren’t friends anymore and have grown apart. The Kardashians felt Larsa wasn’t bringing the best energy to their friendships and slowly drifted. No one has negative feelings toward one another, but they didn’t see a reason to continue to stay close.”
